The Story, Briefly.

Formed in Dublin in 1985. Five albums, one Oscar Wilde quotation, and “Endless Art” — from I Am the Greatest, later voted the third best Irish album of all time. We didn’t vote.

Split, emotionally, at the Olympia in 1997. Pronounced dead at the National Concert Hall in 2019 — and have been gigging ever since, which tells you everything about Irish funerals.

Last seen: Forest Fest 2026, Sunday night, Village Tent, 19:45. Most of the tent arrived already knowing the words. They were right to.

Currently: Dave Couse · Fergal Bunbury · Neil Dorrington · Jay Oglesby
